Innovation and Performance Training for ManagersThe innovation and performance course aims to promote workforce competitiveness and adaptability in the key sectors of the West Region throughlearning activities at management level. This course will be organized in 2009 and addresses managers in the West Region working in one of these industries:
The course aims to increase the productivity, competitiveness, and added value of the companies represented by the participants. The training sessions comprise 3 horizontal modules (organization management in the global economy, innovation and knowledge management, intellectual property management) and one module specific to the industry where each participant is operating (the food industry, the electrotechnical and electronics industry, and the machine and industrial plant construction industry).
