Tehimpuls will be coordinating the services rendered by the members of the Regional Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer. As a result, the services Tehimpuls renders represents the sum of all services provided by its members.

This service contributes to an increase in the proposed research, development and innovation projects and to the commercialization of the results, which, in turn, ensures a positive impact on the R&D field in the West region.

The steps taken  for developing innovative projects and commercializing the results are: 

• Identifying research results with commercial potential will be possible by allowing researchers to share inventions/innovations based on a confidentiality agreement with Tehimpuls
• Decisions about the protection of intellectual property rights will be based on the evaluation of the commercial potential of inventions/innovations
• Tehimpuls will manage the acquisition of intellectual property rights
• The next step after the acquisition of intellectual property rights is finding partners and offering assistance with the negotiation of industry licenses
• Administrating intellectual property rights, meaning managing the performance of the licenses obtained
• Ensuring the transfer of rights to the researchers for the commercialization and proper distribution of the copyright in the case of innovations which are not protected.

We are currently working on collecting information for the creation of a database with research, development and innovation offers and requests from the West Region. To facilitate this process, a workgroup of experts, which, as an audit group, will analyze and organize the region’s supply of products/technologies/services.

În prezent se lucrează la activitatea de colectare a informaţiilor necesare bazei de date cu oferta şi cererea de cercetare, dezvoltare şi inovare în Regiunea Vest. În acest sens, a fost constituit un grup de lucru format din experţi care, în calitate de auditor, vor realiza activităţi de analiză şi structurare a ofertelor de produse/tehnologii/servicii din regiune.
