“BROKINNOVOUCHER” was developed by Tehimpuls and its Hungarian partner, UNICOTEC, a non-profit organization, under the 2006 Phare Program - Cross-border cooperation Romania-Hungary.

“BROKINNOVOUCHER” – Support for cooperation and innovation for small and medium enterprises within the Romania-Hungary area is a project that seeks to increase competitiveness in the productive sector of the eligible area by supporting transnational cooperation and promote the innovation culture, thus creating a regional knowledge-based market, to allow SMEs to use external sources for knowledge and research, while offering the necessary tools to effectively follow the innovation process within a company.

The project proposes the following activities:

a. BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND AUDIT to investigate the level of development and cross-border cooperation
b. TRAINING INNOVATIVE BUSINESSES to handle competitiveness and innovation problems. The training modules are: innovation management, intellectual property management and investment management.
c. SUPPORTING BUSINESSES WITH “INNOVATION VOUCHERS” to find innovative solutions to their problems. The aim is to bring together the R&D supply and demand and encourage businesses to actively undertake innovation
d. CROSS-BORDER BROKERAGE. Brokerage events to facilitate the contact between the regions SMEs to develop long-lasting cross-border cooperation links.

The Tehimpuls Association is also building the database containing the research-development-innovation (RDI) requests submitted by companies in the border area. Following the same principle as in the case of RDI offers, companies will be able to fill in a form regarding their needs in this field. The Tehimpuls Association will find optimal solutions to these requests among the RDI entities in the region.

For this activity, the Tehimpuls experts will make field trips to companies in the border area, to complete the questionnaire regarding the RDI demand. All companies looking for RDI solutions to problems in their current activity are also invited to contact us.
